1. Introduction & Acceptance

By registering for VIP Early Access or using the services provided at aiteams.au and app.aiteams.au, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind the entity.

2. VIP Early Access & Launch Credits

Early access registration grants priority queue placement for platform onboarding. Perks such as the $500 AUD free AI launch credits and founder pricing discounts will be redeemable upon account activation subject to terms published during general release.

3. Platform Services & AI Agents

AI Teams provides autonomous agent orchestration, CRM management, meeting audio transcription, and client intelligence solutions. The user acknowledges that while our models are designed with high precision, users remain responsible for reviewing critical commercial outputs and regulatory filings.

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of any verification codes received. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of Australian laws.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
